Do I need a referral?

You can contact CluasCare directly about booking. If you have been referred by an ENT specialist, GP or another healthcare professional, bring your referral letter and any relevant results.

What should I bring?

Bring your referral information, previous hearing test results and any questions you would like to discuss.

How do I choose the right appointment?

Use the online booking page to view available appointments. If your referral specifies an assessment, choose the matching appointment. If you are unsure, contact us before booking.

Are appointments available for children?

Paediatric audiology appointments are available. Please contact us if you are unsure whether a particular appointment is suitable for your child.
